Thank you for your interest in my work. My name is Veera Gorlatova. I am a certified and Virginia Licensed Esthetician and Master of Permanent Makeup. I live and practice in Virginia, and constantly improve my skills in various seminars, courses and workshops in the U.S., Russia and Europe.
I love all my clients and I'm in love with my job. I've personally used permanent makeup for the last 10 years. And I have gained enough experience with good and bad Permanent makeup technicians, which helps me to understand how quality permanent makeup should look.
Today, day by day, procedure by procedure I see how little changes can transform not only the way my clients look, but also their selfesteem and their life! They gain confidence! I will do my best to work with you to find the look that fits you best! I do not use any stencils and every procedure is unique!
